Subscription FAQs

Is the subscription COD or prepaid?

All plans are 100% prepaid. This helps FOXENA prepare every box for a confirmed subscriber and reduces failed deliveries.

Can I change flavours before the next delivery?

Yes. Flex, Family, and Office plan customers can request changes before the upcoming box enters preparation.

Can I skip or reschedule one delivery?

You can request a skip or dispatch-date change before packing begins. A packed or shipped box cannot be paused.

Is shipping included?

Standard delivery is included for serviceable pincodes. Remote or special-service zones may require an additional amount shown before payment.

How does Gift a Crunch work?

The buyer prepays for the chosen duration. Flavours can be selected by the sender, chosen later by the recipient, or curated by FOXENA. Gift plans do not auto-renew.
