Nothing in this clause permits misleading pricing or unfair trade practices.

10. Orders

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the product.

When you place an order, you submit a request to purchase the selected products.

An order may be subject to:

If FOXENA cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount collected for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Cancellation may not always be possible once the order has entered dispatch or shipment processing.

Nothing in this section restricts remedies available under applicable law for defective, wrong, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods.

14. Cash on Delivery
